Today, ZHAOBAO MAGNET operates three major production bases across eastern and northern China, employing around 700 professionals and delivering an annual capacity of over 11,000 metric tons of high-performance NdFeB magnets. Our integrated manufacturing system covers the full value chain—from material processing and magnet fabrication to precision finishing and testing—ensuring stable quality, scalability, and supply security for global customers.
Innovation is at the core of ZHAOBAO MAGNET team’s long-term growth. Leveraging advanced Grain Boundary Diffusion (GBD) and selective diffusion technologies, we have successfully developed heavy rare earth-free (HRE-FREE) high-coercivity magnet grades, achieving performance levels up to N50SH without Dy or Tb, significantly reducing dependence on critical heavy rare earth elements while meeting demanding thermal and reliability requirements.
